Hermosa Medspa
Med spa (cosmetic medicine, laser, injectables) · Richmond Hill, GTA
Hermosa runs two locations and even posts LINE/KakaoTalk/WeChat QR codes for clients, but there's still no unified booking system tying Richmond Hill and North York together.
Why they need it
Hermosa operates two locations (North York and Richmond Hill) with 12 years of cosmetic-medicine expertise and elite-provider status on multiple laser platforms, and its footer displays LINE, KakaoTalk and WeChat QR codes - a clear signal of a multilingual, East Asian client base. Yet booking is a single generic 'Book Now' CTA with no visible platform, and no client portal exists in the customer's preferred language or messaging channel. A multilingual booking and client-communication app - supporting appointment confirmations and treatment reminders over the messaging apps clients already use, rather than forcing everyone onto English-only phone calls - would meaningfully reduce no-shows and language friction across both sites. A shared client record between North York and Richmond Hill would also let staff at either location pull up a client's Ultherapy, Thermage or injectable history instantly instead of re-asking or calling the other clinic.
Tech gaps
No unified booking/CRM system spanning both North York and Richmond Hill locations; no multilingual patient portal despite clearly serving a multilingual client base; no visible loyalty program
Current tech
'Book Now' CTA to appointment page with no named platform; QR-code links for LINE/KakaoTalk/WeChat messaging; Instagram and YouTube active
Selling a portal + ops tool
PlaybookA customer-facing portal and the internal tool behind it, built together so the data is entered once.
- Lead with whichever side hurts more today; the other side is phase two.
- One data model means the customer sees exactly what the office sees.
Objections (1)
- “That is a big project.”
- It is two small ones in a row. You see the first working before you commit to the second.
