A unified web app would give the back office one dispatch board to assign crews to snow routes by storm trigger, capture time-stamped, geo-tagged before/after photos per site (the single biggest liability and billing-dispute reducer for a commercial snow contractor), and auto-generate service logs. A companion client login would let commercial property managers see completion times and photos without calling the office, replacing manual phone check-ins. This also lets DLE retire one of its two websites and consolidate its brand, cutting ongoing web/SEO spend while giving crews a mobile app for job acceptance and photo capture instead of paper or texted photos.
