Six Mule locations, five separate .ca domains, five separate Toast accounts - what would one unified ordering app do for your gift card breakage alone?

Why they need it

The Other Bird's flagship concept, The Mule, now runs six separate taco-and-tequila locations (Hamilton, Oakville, Burlington, Cambridge, London, St. Catharines) plus sister restaurants Henry's on James and Rapscallion & Co, all sharing the same Hamilton office - but each Mule location has its own standalone .ca domain built and maintained separately, each pointing to its own Toast Tab ordering/gift-card instance. That means six different websites to update for one menu change, six disconnected gift-card pools, and no group-wide loyalty program despite guests naturally moving between the group's own cities. Build one unified Mule ordering/loyalty app plus a lightweight CMS so a single menu or hours update pushes to all six sites, gift cards work at any location, and ownership gets one sales dashboard across the whole group instead of six separate Toast logins. Directly cuts the web-maintenance overhead of running six sites and recovers gift-card value currently stranded per-location.

Tech gaps

Six separate websites for one brand means six places to update a menu or hours change; six disconnected Toast gift-card pools with no cross-location redemption; no group-wide loyalty program despite guests moving between the group's own cities (Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville/Cambridge/London); no single sales dashboard for ownership across the 8 venues

Current tech

Each Mule location runs its own standalone domain (themule.ca, themuleoakville.ca, themuleburlington.ca, themulecambridge.ca, themulelondon.ca) each with its own Toast Tab ordering/gift-card instance; Rapscallion & Co uses OpenTable for reservations

That is a big project.
It is two small ones in a row. You see the first working before you commit to the second.
