Drip Club Inc.
IV therapy / wellness clinic (mobile + in-clinic) · Toronto, GTA
Drip Club sends nurses to homes, offices and hotels across the GTA but customers book through a static form with no live ETA - the exact problem a dispatch and tracking app was built to solve.
Why they need it
Drip Club's core service is a licensed nurse physically travelling to a customer's home, office or hotel to administer an IV drip - a same-day, time-sensitive, location-based service structurally identical to food or courier delivery, yet it's booked through a static request form with no live scheduling, no nurse-dispatch logic, and no way for a customer to see an ETA once a nurse is en route. A dispatch and tracking app - one side for office staff to assign the nearest available nurse to a new request and manage routes across the day, one side for customers to book a time window and then watch their nurse's live ETA the way they would a rideshare - would directly address the single biggest operational and trust gap in this business model. It would also let Drip Club scale beyond Etobicoke into Vaughan, Mississauga or downtown Toronto without the coordination breaking down.
Tech gaps
Mobile IV delivery to homes/offices/hotels run without any visible nurse-dispatch or route-scheduling system; appointment form doesn't show real-time availability; no customer app to track order status/ETA
Current tech
Custom appointment request form of unspecified platform; no visible dispatch/scheduling system for the mobile nurse fleet
Selling a portal + ops tool
PlaybookA customer-facing portal and the internal tool behind it, built together so the data is entered once.
- Lead with whichever side hurts more today; the other side is phase two.
- One data model means the customer sees exactly what the office sees.
Objections (1)
- “That is a big project.”
- It is two small ones in a row. You see the first working before you commit to the second.
